April 26, 109 – Samuel Sullivan and his ex-wife Jenny Sullivan were taken into custody Thursday in Mobile County. They were charged with first-degree kidnapping and then it was later it was changed to capital murder. Remains were found near a burned car on Grand Bay WIlmer Road on March 28. Authorities are still waiting for the lab to confirm the identity of the body. Authorities told FOX 10 that Samuel and Terri were in the process of a divorce.
March 2019 – Terri Sullivan’s burned car with her remains inside were found. Fox 10, citing court documents filed Friday, reported that she died of blunt force trauma around the time of her disappearance.
Original Story: Terri Sullivan is missing from Washington County in Tibbie, Alabama. She was last seen leaving her home on Clark Place Road around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2019. She was on her way to work at the Spring Hill Medical Center. She never showed up for work and she was reported missing. Her purse and cell phone were found on the side of the road near her home. There appeared to have been a struggle, according to the police.
Terri was driving a white 2018 Chevy Impala rental car with a New York plate that is numbered HPR4084.
