On February 26, 1999, a cemetery worker found bones near the grounds of the Clifton United Methodist Church in south DeKalb County, Georgia. The remains turned out to belong to a boy between the ages of 4-8. No one has come forward to claim him or identify him.
They have estimated that he had been there for 3 to 6 months before he was found.
The NCM&EC who are calling the little boy, Dennis, have done a sketch of him in hopes that someone might recognize him and come forward.
He was between 3 feet, 10 inches tall and 4 feet, 2 inches. He weighed about 50 pounds. He was wearing a pair of size 3 red jeans, a blue and white plaid sweater over a thermal dark blue long sleeve hooded pullover. He was wearing brown suede Timberland boots, size 11. He was raised in the south east part of the United States.
The cause of death was not determined.
