June 10, 2019 – The bodies of Karissa Fretwell and her 3-year-old son, Billy were found in a remote wooded area. The state medical examiner determined that Karissa Fretwell died of a single gunshot to the head and the cause of death for Billy has not been determined, according to authorities.
June 1, 2019 – Michael John Wolfe is accused of kidnapping and murdering his young son, William Fretwell, and the boy’s mother, Karissa Fretwell. According to Oregon Live, “Wolfe said he hadn’t seen Fretwell since an April 15 child support hearing. He told detectives the hearing “did not go well” because a judge ordered him to pay $900 a month in child support to Fretwell.”
Karissa and Billy are still missing.
Original Story: The police are asking for help from the public to locate a missing mother and her child. Karissa Alyn Fretwell, 25 and her son, William “Billy” Fretwell, 3, have been missing since May 13, 2019 from Salem, Oregon. The family reported them missing after they have not been able to reach them.
Karissa Fretwell is described as a white female who is 5’9″ and weighs about 135 pounds. She has blue eyes and naturally blonde hair that is dyed red.
Billy Fretwell is about 3 feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.
