UPDATE 11/6/19 – Julia Leanna Tomlin, charged with murder in the death of her son Noah Tomlin and additional charges of murder and disposal of a deceased person were filed after a “medical examiner concluded in an autopsy report that Noah died from blunt force trauma and battered child syndrome,” reports the Daily Press.

UPDATE July 5, 2019 – The body of Noah Tomlin has likely been found. A police officer searching the plant found the remains of a child believed to be Noah Tomlin, though formal confirmation is pending, Hampton Police Chief Terry Sult said at a news conference on Wednesday.
Update June 30 – Julia Tomlin was arrested on suspicion of felony child neglect, Hampton police said. During the presser the police chief stated he feared Noah was dead.
Update 6/29/2019 – In 2010, Julia plead guilty to felony child neglect, reports WTKR news.. Court documents stated her daughter, who was 1-year-old was burned after Julia put her down on a hot kitchen stove. Julia waited to take her to the doctor. Julia has 5 children.
UPDATE: Noah is still missing. Authorities have been searching the air, including water, but Noah has not been found.
Noah Tomlin, 2, is missing from The Bayside Mobile Home Village on Atlantic Avenue in Hampton, Virginia. He was last seen around 1 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019. His mother, Julia, put him to bed at that time and reported him missing at 11:30 a.m. the next day.
“There’s so much going through my head,” Katie Allen a neighbor told WAVY news. “I feel crazy just thinking about it because my little boy, he’s almost 2 years old.”
Sgt. Reginald Williams with Hampton Police told WAVY.com on Tuesday, “We’re looking for some areas we might have missed so we can go through those areas with a fine tooth comb and make sure we haven’t overlooked anything.” He also stated that after not locating Noah, they brought in additional services. Williams refused to give any additional personal details about Noah’s family and wanted to concentrate on searching for Noah and getting the word out that he is missing.
Noah was last seen wearing a white and green pajama shirt with a diaper.
