UPDATE 6/27/20 – Katelyn Schwindt has been located in Escondido. She met with the police and told them it was all a misunderstanding.
Katelyn Schwindt is missing from San Diego County. She posted on Facebook that she thought she had been drugged at the Pala Casino.
She was reported missing to police around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2020, because of the message Katelyn assuringly posted on her Facebook page.
She wrote she was at the Pala Casino on June 24 and thought she had been possibly drugged and assaulted.
Her friend, Krystal posted on social media, “Katelyn Schwindt please message me or call me 760-712-1556. I saw your story. Are you ok? I can pick you up. HAS ANYBODY TALKED WITH HER? Does anybody talk to her in a regular basis??”
Krystal also posted that the Oceanside Police stated it sounded like a “paranoia.”
So far, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Dept. has not been able to locate her and is asking the public for help.

Schwindt is white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and has brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what kind of clothing she may be wearing.
