Sandra Marie Koepke was reported missing June 5, 2002 by her mother, Roselyn Clark of Houston. Clark told police she had not been able to reach her daughter for weeks, and she had not received a satisfactory explanation from Koepke’s ex-husband, with whom Koepke lived, of where she was.
Investigators went to Koepke’s ex-husband, Brent Koepke at their home at 115 Rigby Owen Drive in Conroe, Texas in Montgomery County. The police reported that Sandra had not been seen or heard from since the early morning hours of May 19. Sandra’s daughter told police her father said Sandra had “left them. It was noted that Sandra had left all her things behind including dog and her car, said Conroe Police Department Lt. Russell Reynolds. Brent never reported Sandra missing.
“As far as we can determine, she has not contacted or been seen by any friends or family, including her daughter, since May 19,” Reynolds said.
Also, according to Reynold, sometime after Sandra went missing, Brent sold Sandra’s car, Reynolds said.
“We have questioned Brent Koepke, we have examined the residence, and we have examined the car that was sold,” Reynolds said. “We suspect there is a very good possibility of foul play.”
Sandra Koepke is 5 feet 1 and weighs 120 pounds. She has blue eyes, blonde hair and a fair complexion. She has a tattoo of a peacock between her ankle and knee on one leg. She was known to frequent bars in the Spring area and has worked as a leasing agent for apartment complexes. Sandra would be 56 years old.
