Hannah Potts missing from Indiana

UPDAte; The authorities announce on social media that Hannah had been found.

Original Story: Hannah Potts, 23, is missing from Princeton, Indiana since 2 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2020. She went missing from the area of Top Hat Road and the police have searched that area and 3415 E 50 S.

There is a video that Hannah posted on her Facebook page, saying she was kidnapped from her parent’s home.

Hannah’s sister, Lauren posted: “My twin sister; Hannah posted a video describing she had been kidnapped this morning. If you have seen her or heard from her please contact Princeton Indiana Police Department or my family.”

There is a Facebook live recording of Hannah speaking and saying she had was thrown into a trunk of a car. She also mentioned Ohio, and a description of who took her.

At one point, you can hear a child in the background, but it is coming from the background of the person who recorded the video. I did the video with Hannah’s picture. I am reading that the original recording was a Facebook live video, and it is actually 6 minutes long. The version I have on here is over 3 minutes long and then just cuts off.

The FBI office in Indianapolis tells Eyewitness News that agents in Evansville, Indiana have offered assistance to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office if needed and are monitoring the situation after a woman went missing in Princeton.

Hannah was wearing a gray shirt and sweatpants. She is 6’1″ and has brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office at 812-385-3496.
