Update: The autopsy results list the cause of death as hypothermia with complications of injuries from a fall.

Very sad news. The body of missing Angola, New York teen, Angel Leverenz has been found.

Angel went missing on March 22, in the Town of Evans. She was found on South Creek Road by a fisherman. She was in a wooded area near a CSX railroad track trestle said the police during a news conference.

Police said they couldn’t find her because of the snow and when it began to melt her body became visible.  Police are thinking she may have fallen off of the cliff above.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Saturday.
