Yamisha Brown Thomas: Missing in Georgia

Police are searching for missing Yamisha Brown Thomas, 30, that has been missing since April 22. 

Yamisha was last seen leaving her mother’s home on Brandywine Drive in Columbus, Georgia, in her red 2008 Chevy Avalanche. 

The Avalanche was found several days later on Hwy 27 and Hamilton Road in Columbus.

Yamisha is a divorced mother of two, and is going through a custody battle with the father of her children.

The family is holding a candlelight vigil on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Idle Hour Park’s Moon Lake in Phenix City, Alabama.

Yamisha is African-American, weight 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
