Bill Shipley: Missing man from Oklahoma

This man was seen using Bill’s
credit card.

UPDATE:  August 15, 2012 –
McClain County Undersheriff Bill Shobe said the pickup Shipley was driving, a 2002 Chevy S-14 crew cab, was found Tuesday evening in the Oklahoma City area.

“There was no sign of him,” Shobe said. “That’s what I want. I want him. We have the truck secured and are processing it.”

The police are searching for Bill Dwayne Shipley, 47, from Goldby, Oklahoma who was last seen on July 19, near his mobile home park where he lived.

Shipley is a busy paint contractor who often works with the Arby’s restaurant chain, many times doing jobs that take him out of state.

Just before his disappearance, Huff said the missing man pulled “several thousand dollars out of the bank” to complete a job for the fast-food chain in Arkansas.

Bill’s truck, a 1988 red pickup was found at a south Oklahoma City apartment complex. Equipment including a generator and two airless paint sprayers were missing from the pickup.

Police are also looking for a man who used Bill’s credit card at a restaurant.  (See photo.)
