Bobby Smelcer: Missing from Shelbyville Found

UPDATE:  April 2012, Bobby Smelcer’s  skull was found in the Wolf Meadows area off Stewart Road in April. The search continues for the rest of his remains.

Bobby Smelcer, 52, went missing on November 21, 2010 from Shelbyville, Tennessee.

Earlier that day he had gone to work, went grocery shopping and had dinner, then he seemed to just disappear. 

Authorities found several small drops of blood, along with Bobby’s keys, wallet and cell phone at his home at the East Lane Trailer Park.

Then in May 2011, an unidentified man searching for Bobby told police he had found a pistol in a wooded area on East Depot Street.

Bobby is 5’9″ tall, 205 pounds, medium build, fair complexion, light brown hair and blue-gray eyes.
