Aisha Khan: College student missing from Kansas

Aisha Khan, 19, from Overland Park has not been seen since Friday morning.  Aisha who is a student at Johnson County Community College, was studying for her final exams at the University of Kansas around 11:00 a.m. on Friday. 

She sent a text message to the older sister, Faiza Khan.  She texted that, “There’s a creepy guy that just came up to me and he was harassing me,” Aisha said.  She then told her sister that she slapped the man to get him to back off, according to the Kansas City Star.   She also called her sister.

“My heart is like pounding,”Aisha said in her voice message to her sister. “I’ve never got this scared in my life.  Pick up your phone.  I am feared out right now.”

 Aisha has not been heard of or seen since that incident.

Her sister went to the campus on 127th Street and found her  cell phone and backpack on a picnic table, KMBC reports.

Aisha is 5’2″ tall, 120 pounds with dark brown hair and brown eyes and glasses.  She was wearing black sweat pants, yellow/black shirt, black scarf, black regular length jacket and black/white long outer coat.There is a $10,000 reward for information on her whereabouts.
