They have ruled his death to be accidental, and are theorizing he may have crossed the river on a bridge near where his body was found.
Thomas Hecht, 28, was last seen at Rosie’s Bar on 1111 N. Water Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Hecht was wearing a green t-shirt with a St. Patrick’s Day inscription on the front and party beads around his neck.
Tom’s car was found near his parents’ home where he had left it earlier on Saturday. As far as police can tell, there is no sign that he ever returned to his condo after that night.
Authorities searched the nearby water and saw no signs that Tom had fallen in.
