Jaime Andrews: Missing from Arizona Found

UPDATE:  Sept. 11, 2012 – Police say the body of 37-year-old Jaime Andrews was discovered about 2 p.m. Tuesday by search teams in a desert area in Wickenburg, reports ABC 15. news.

Sheriff’s officials say the body was taken to the county medical examiner’s office to determine the cause of death.

Previous story:
Jaime Andrews, 34, from Chino Valley, Ariz.. was reported missing on Saturday.  Her husband, Sherman Andrews said he has not seen Jaime since she left their home on the 2600 block of West Quail View on Sept. 4.

Jaime was going to her father’s ranch in La Paz County, but she never showed up. 

Jaime took off in her green 2007 Honda sedan.  Her car was found west of Wickenburg in an area known as Bullard’s Wash on Sunday by a rancher.  Inside was Jaime’s purse, water bottle, some clothing and her dog, reports AZ Central news.

The rancher, whose home is located north of Arizona 71 and west of highway 93, said that on Tuesday, Sept. 4, Jaime had come to his door and asking for directions to Almo Road. 

When authorities arrived they found footprints near Jaime’s car on Sunday.  They continued their search on Monday, but Jaime has not been found.

Jaime is 5’4″ tall, 175 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
