Paul and Paulie Martone: Father and son missing from Connecticut Found

UPDATE:  1/9/13 –  Paulie Martone has been found. 
Paulie was found safe Wednesday morning and appears to be healthy and unharmed. Police said he spent time eating a hamburger and fries at the New Haven Police Department Wednesday, according to WTNH News.

No word about Paul Martone.
Previous story:  Paul Martone, 37, and his son, Paulie, 2, have been missing from New Haven, since Jan. 3, and a Silver Alert has been issued.

Paulie is listed as endangered by police because his father has an active warrant for a probation violation.  Martone also suffers from mental illness, and is a registered sex offender, reports the NBC Connecticut news.   

Police issued a Silver Alert for a father and his 2-year-old son missing from New Haven.
Paul Martone, 37, has brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5-feet 9-inches tall and approximately 210 pounds.
Martone’s son, Paulie, is 2-feet tall and has brown eyes and brown hair. Paulie was last seen wearing black pajamas with a blue neckline. The pajamas have a blue duck with an orange beak on the front. He was also wearing a black and blue puffy coat, police said.
