Carla Reyes: Woman missing from Yucca Valley FOUND

UPDATE 10/30/15 – The mystery of what happened to Carla Reyes has finally been answered.

Her body was found by some off-roaders who were hiking in the area.  She was found inside her car South of Highway 62 and Highway 177 on Monday.  She had been missing over two years, before she was found on Monday.

Her daughter-in-law posted on Facebook:

“It is with great sadness to share that my Mother In-Law, Carla Ruth Reyes, was found deceased in her car on Monday October 26, 2015… A lifelong struggle with alcoholism and depression had proved to be a battle she could not win. The stigma of suicide is always the hardest for the survivors. After 998 days of searching and waiting for answers, our family can begin the process of closure. I pray that Carla has found peace”
