UPDATE 3-19-14 –  Police have found the body of Villagra-Garzon inside an empty home on Southern Boulevard, acting Union County Prosecutor Grace Park said. The cause of death was asphyxiation with blunt-force trauma.

Police charged her husband, Abayuba Rivas, 39, of Elizabeth, with murder and other offenses, Park said.

  1. I showed this to my spouse around 11-11:30 pm last night and he'd been following this story on another site and we both commented how beautiful this lady was and how sad it was that the baby is an orphan. I pray the baby is adopted now and has a chance at life. That might be what the mom wants, too.
