Previous story:  An Amber Alert out of Sampson County in North Carolina for a missing 2-year-old taken by his mother from the home where he was being taken care of.

Alison Naylor Robinson, 39,  took Jeremiah Hughes after she forced her way into a home in Clinton and took the boy.

The family taking care of Jeremiah said Robinson tried to run him down with her car as she took off, according to WYFF News.

Robinson has prior mental health treatment and allegations under investigation, and because of that Jeremiah is considered to be in danger.

Robinson is 5’8″ tall, 225 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Jeremiah is 3 feet tall, 60 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.  He was wearing a long-sleeved shirt with brown sleeves and a picture of a pirate on the front and maybe blue swim trunks.

They could be traveling in a brown 2001 Buick Century with SC plates KHX-728. Please keep a look out for the car on the streets and parked.

Vehicle looks similar to this one.

Jeremiah was taken from Robinson’s home by social services.

If you have any information about the abduction, call the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office at (919) 592-4141, (910) 260-0170
