Woman with demential goes missing in Staten Island and may have gotten on express bus FOUND

UPDATE 10/29/15 –  Gladys has been located and is at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan on Thursday morning, Oct. 29, 2015, according to her family

Gladys Arroyo, 66, has gone missing and might have gotten on the MTA X22 express bus on Tuesday morning.

“She has dementia, she gets very confused, she’s not going to know where she is, so if you see someone that looks like her, that fits the description and looks disoriented, please reach out to the police so we can bring her home safe,” Amy Salafia, her daughter, told Staten Island Live.

Joseph Legaspi, Gladys’ son has been putting up posters for his missing mom on Staten Island.  They believe might have gotten off the bus and headed northbound.

NYPD has contacted public transit to keep a look out for her, and they are looking over surveillance video to see if she was on any of the buses.
