It happened on Thursday, October 6th around noon at Mast Park in the 9100 block of Carlton Hills Boulevard. An 18-year-old woman told deputies two men in a silver car followed her as she walked in the parking lot. The passenger made catcalls toward the woman. She told deputies she kept walking, but the men still followed her so she ran to her car. The man in the passenger seat of the silver car then grabbed the woman’s arm. She was able to break free and locked herself in her car until the men drove away. The woman was not hurt.

The woman does not remember what the driver looks like, but describes the passenger as a black man between 20 and 30 years old, wearing black sunglasses and a black baseball cap.
