Amy Harker missing from Allegan County, phone pinged in Kentucky

UPDATE 3/16/17 –  Allegan County Sheriff Frank Baker posted on Twitter that Harker had been found in Abbeville, Louisiana, and is safe.

Amy Harker, 47, from Allegan County was last seen on Sat. March 11 in Paw Paw, Michigan.  She told a friend on Sunday that she was going to Illinois to visit friends.  Authorities stated her phone pinged in Kentucky, but it is now turned off.

Kaylyn Harker, Amy’s daughter told Fox 17, “I texted her and she replied with some really long, unsettling text messages that didn’t sit right with me. It sounded like a goodbye. She said she has to do something while she still has time, but she didn’t say what or where she was going, or what she was doing.”

Amy was driving a black Ford Focus with the Michigan plate ‘CLD 6945.’

Anyone with information about her, call Allegan County Sheriff Detective Mark Lytle at 269-673-0500 ext. 4286 or Silent Observer at 1-800-554-3633.
