Missing Norton 7-year-old last seen pulling small suitcase FOUND

UPDATE May 26, 2017 – Found Safe.  Evidently, when all this finally came out the 7-year-old had been kidnapped by 32-year-old Avery Howard, of Brockton, who has now been charged with kidnapping and assault and battery.  We are now finding out that the little girl left her home on her own pulling a small suitcase.  Somewhere along the line, Howard picked her up.  She had been in the car for about 2 hours.  A Norton Police Dept. officer saw the car that had been reported earlier by a citizen and stopped it and found the little girl sitting in the passenger seat.
