Camper Jose Gonzalez Arroyo goes missing from Baker Lake

Jose David Gonzalez Arroyo, 43, of Lynnwood went missing on June 16, 2017 at Baker Lake, Wash.  Arroyo was camping at Horseshoe Cove on Friday, which he did often with his family.  He was last seen at 11:20 p.m.  Sometime during the night he left the campsite to go to the bathroom.  It was realized the following morning that he never returned to the campsite.  He had nothing but a pack of 5-Brand chewing gun on him.  His wallet and keys were found at the campsite.

Emile Rudd who is a friend of Jose’s sent us the information about his disappearance.

“If you know of anyone heading up north to camp this weekend…PLEASE tell them about this and ask them to please keep an eye out for any sign of him,” said Emile.

Authorities have searched the area and so far have not been able to find him, reports the Bellingham Herald.

Gonzalez Arroyo was last seen wearing a bright yellow-and-blue Columbia brand jacket, jean shorts and mesh water shoes. He’s 5-foot-5 and 160 pounds.
