Nadirah Ruffin was the 19-year-old that was kidnapped during a home invasion in Atlantic City, back in March. A young woman’s body was found floating in the Schuylkill, near the Columbia Bridge in Fairmount Park on Tuesday morning and believe it is likely the body of Nadirah.
Unless they ever catch the people that did it, we will never know why they felt it was necessary to kill her. RIP Nadirah.
