Missing Person Florida Michelle McCoy
I realized that I did not follow-up on this in February and wanted to let you all know about it, so I will tell you now.
Larry Thompson, 52, who was wanted in connection with the kidnapping of Michelle McCoy died of an apparent suicide. Police were in a standoff with him for over seven hours on Thursday before he killed himself.
Thompson was an acquaintance of McCoy, a 20-year-old Jacksonville woman who is believed to have been abducted on January 10. A witness saw her being dragged into a van.
Michelle’s body was discovered in a vacant lot and an autopsy concluded that her death was caused by blunt force trauma.
