Aliayah Lunsford: Mother indicted for welfare fraud

The mother of missing Aliayah Lunsford, 3, has been indicted for welfare fraud.

Lena Lunsford, 29, was charged with conspiracy to defraud SNAP and other related fraud counts, including using her food stamp card in exchange for cash.

Lena’s daughter, Aliayah has been missing since September 24 from Weston, West Virginia.  She was last seen in her bedroom sleeping by Lena.

Lena has not been named a suspect in Aliayah’s disappearance and authorities are looking at her disappearance as murder, abduction or concealment.
