Karen Johnson Swift, 44, from Dyersburg, Tennesee has been missing since last Sunday.
Update: A pair of jeans and a grey zip-up top were found by the side of the road close to where Mrs Johnson Swift’s car was abandoned, and her Halloween costume was found in the car.
New information has come out.
Karen’s daughter was at a Halloween party and Karen went to pick her up at 1:30 in the morning because she was not feeling well.
A friend of Karen’s said, “She went to bed with he daughter, and when the girl woke up around 6:00 a.m., her mother was gone.” She also said that Karen could have easily ran home, because Karen was a jogger, and she was close to home.
The question that I come up with is why would Karen leave the house that early in the morning and go somewhere.
A neighbor was the one that recognized Karen’s car and found it had flat tires.
Reports have come out that Karen’s cell phone records show that someone accessed her phone around 5:00 a.m., on got on the internet. No further info as to where on the internet.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, who have been busy with several missing woman cases, as I mentioned in my post on Monday. Holly Bobo who lives about an hour and 20 minutes away and Shelley Mook, a school teacher from Harris Middle School whose car was found burned in Rutherford County have also disappeared. So, are we looking at another mysterious disappearance or weeks before a suspect is named?
Karen’s husband has not talked to the media. He has a business located at the Willie Johnson address since 2004 in the aerosol packaging industry.
