Cathleen was found in a motel.

She was going to an appointment in Croton-on-Hudson, but she never arrived.

Cathleen is 5’7″ tall, 165 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.  She was wearing blue jeans and a black jacket.

Cathleen was  driving her blue 3008 Toyota RAV 4 with New York plates EHN 8004.
