Jaray Wilson: Missing teen from Oklahoma Found

UPDATE:  1/8/13 – JaRay has been positively identified as the remains found last month in a wooded area of western Oklahoma, the state medical examiner’s office confirmed Tuesday, reports CBS affiliate KWTV.

UPDATE:  12/17/13 – The police have found remains that they believe belong to Jaray, when a human skull was found two miles north of the Weatherford airport.  .

Tucker Ryan McGee, 19, was arrested in connection with her disappearance.  He was arrested on one complaint of murder.  He had been interviewed in the past about Jaray’s disappearance and was arrested after the remains were found on Tuesday.

Previous story: Jaray Mickell Wilson, 16, is missing from Cleveland, Ohio and was last seen in Weatherford in Custer County, Oklahoma on Oct. 15.

She is listed as a runaway, but new information has surfaced that leads authorities to believe she may have been trafficked.

Gilberto Paz, 37, who is in custody at the Custer County Jail after being arrested on a  concealed weapons complaint, has been cleared of involvement in the disappearance of Jaray Mickell Wilson after passing a polygraph test on October 29, Custer County Sheriff Bruce Peoples said.

After Jaray’s disappearance her father says one of Jaray’s friends called him and said Gilberto Paz told Jaray if she didn’t pay him the $700.00 she owed him he would kill her or sell her to a sex trafficker.
On 11/21/2012, Gilberto Paz and Curtis Southerland was booked and charged with the murder of a man, Jonathan Kyle Patton on September 10. 

According to KATV,
Mark Woodward, Spokesman for the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the two have not been ruled out as suspects for the disappearance of 16-year-old Jaray Mickell Wilson, contrary to the statement by the Custer County Sheriff.

Wilson stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 95 pounds. She has green eyes, black hair with blond streak on the left side, and has three piercings on her bottom lip.
Wilson has been entered into the National Crime Information Center Database as a runaway, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
