Constance Smith, 80, is missing from Illinois.  She was last seen at her home on the 1400 block of 110th Street in Morgan Park at about 2 p.m. on Sunday.

 Smith is 5 feet tall, with brown eyes and gray hair, police said. She is missing a front tooth and was last seen wearing a full brown coat and carrying a black suitcase.
Anyone with information about her should call 911.
