Why the delay in reporting her missing?
There is not a mention made of her in any media I see. No missing persons report.
She is not missing-She lives at 109 Briar Rd in Oak Ridge, TN 37830. She was just arrested a few months ago for shoplifting at a walmart in putnam county and is facing charges there, as well as in Anderson county for probation violation. She is on facebook under the profile name Pamela N Terry Hutchinson.
