A neighbor of Kimberly Gomez Reyes, had escorted Kimberly home around 11:00pm, after Kimberly was there since 6:00pm, the neighbor was unaware of police activity. Kimberly returned safely no foul play

Kimberly Gomez Reyes is 8 years old from the 1400 block of Lemon Street in Oceanside. Wednesday, around noon her mother stepped away for a short time, upon returning Kimberly was missing. Police were called at 6:15 pm, a command post is set up at Laurel Elementary School
