Chloe Ricard, 13, from Amesbury, Mass. was dropped of at a friend’s house on Sunday by her parents, reports the Boston Globe. Chloe did not return home and her friend told Chloe’s parents, Deborah and Brian, that she had left with a friend in Haverhill named Johnny.
When her parents didn’t hear from her, they went to the police to file a missing persons report.
Then the unspeakable happened late Monday afternoon, Chloe was dropped off at the emergency room of Lawrence General Hospital, reports WFXT-TV, where she was pronounced dead. According to the parents “She didn’t even have a pulse when they pushed her out of the car.”
“The only thing I was told earlier from another agency is… someone 47 years old dropped her off,” Brian tole 25 News. “Whoever did this to my little stepdaughter, trust me, I hope there’s hell to pay because they threw her out of the car like a bag of trash. If that was your kid, if that was your sister, if that was your brother, or your mother, or your father, what would you do? I’m beside myself.”
The hospital stated that a man about 47-years-old was seen in the car. No description of the car was released.
