Kevin Barthrop, 2, went missing from the 100 block of Chilton Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey on June 12, 1999.
Authorities did not know he went missing until they received a tip in 2012. It was then that his mother reported him missing.
There has been no arrest in this case and nothing leading to the discovery of Kevin. The police are hoping that an age-progression photo will lead to new information on Kevin.
He is described as 3-feet-tall, weighed 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He turned 2 on May 6, 1999.
Kevin would be 22-years-old now. There is a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information about the disappearance of Kevin Sabir Barthrop is being urged to contact Prosecutor’s Office Sgt. Michael Manochio at 908-966-2287 or Sgt. Janet Lopez at 908-347-8491.
