Tori Taylor, 25, has been missing from Fulton, Missouri since April 21, 2021. She was last seen borrowing a car from a friend on April 21 and said she would return it that day, but did not. The friend reported the car as stolen after days of no response from Taylor. Fulton police say they have yet to find that vehicle which was described as a black Ford Fusion.
Now the Fulton Police Department is saying that Taylor is a kidnapping victim.
The department released images of a vehicle that was last seen on security video near E. 8th and State Street. The vehicle is described as gray or a dark-colored Dodge Charger with three men inside.
Monday afternoon around 4 p.m. Fulton police officers received a call about a young woman being grabbed and pulled into a car by 3 men, on E. 10th Street. The 911 caller said the car sped off down State Street after forcing the young woman into the car. The vehicle was described as a grey dodge charger with tinted windows. Local security cameras were unable to capture a license plate.
When the report first went out, the police did not state that it was Taylor and described her as “victim is a thin build female, approximately 5’3″, short brown hair, last seen wearing a black short-sleeve shirt and white shorts.” It wasn’t till later that the police believed that the woman was actually Tori Taylor who had been missing. Police say sources led them to believe that Taylor could be the kidnap victim and that she may have known the 3 men in the car.
They were asking anyone with security cameras, doorbell video, or who may have seen the vehicles are asked to call police.
The Fulton Police Department says it has investigated dozens of leads and are continuing to get tips as they actively investigate.
